Lips tend to get thinner and less defined as we age. A lot of people want to get their ‘old lips back’ but are scared of lip filler. You don’t need to be afraid of lip filler.
We can use fillers in a subtle and natural way to restore lost volume and add shape to get a more youthful pout back. Before starting the treatment we’ll discuss what you want and decide how we’re going to achieve that. You'll have complete control over how much is injected and I’ll be making sure you're ok at every step of the treatment session.
Of course lip filler is also a great way to add volume and plumpness to lips if you want more glamorous or sexier lips. For these kind of results, I often use a softer, more natural looking version of the technique used to do ‘Russian Lips’, which is great at adding height and definition for a more dramatic look.
It’s also possible to use fillers to restore balance or correct irregularities in your natural lips.
Pain is usually one of the first questions asked about lip filler. Most people find this treatment manageable; probably around a 2 out of 10 on the pain scale. I do plenty of things to help ease discomfort including using a generous amount of numbing cream and the smallest needle available for the product and technique that I’ll be using.
